a major pet peeve of mine is when a person who is of the same rank as i, asks of me,
“can we do this?” “do we do this?” “can we get this?”, etc.
she doesn’t mean “we” as in “us”, she means “me”. she is asking me to do something for her. we are not doing it together. she’s not doing anything for me, or even planning to participate whatsoever.
she also doesn’t even really understand how much of an asshole it makes her sound. i never correct her though, how do you explain that to someone who is already dumb as a box of teeth?
